By booking any service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. My work is strictly digital, administrative, creative, and compliant with applicable laws. I do not arrange, promote, or participate in any activity that may be unlawful in your region or mine.

My services include social media engagement support, digital organization, and website design. No services outside of these categories are offered.

02 — Scope of Work

My services may include:

·  daily engagement support on X/Twitter
·  comment interaction
·  profile upkeep and activity maintenance
·  light inbox sorting
·  website design and layout
·  mobile optimization
·  SEO-aligned copywriting
·  gallery and asset setup

I do not:

·  arrange or assist with any in-person meetings
·  manage your bookings, rates, or payments
·  act as an intermediary between you and your clients
·  promote or facilitate sexual services
·  participate in any activity that violates platform rules or local laws

You agree to use your account and business activities in a legal and ethical manner within your jurisdiction. I reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if conduct appears unsafe, unlawful, or in conflict with these terms.

03 — Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

·  providing accurate and complete instructions
·  sharing correct login details (for engagement support)
·  submitting website assets and forms on time
· reviewing drafts and providing feedback promptly
·  managing their own legal compliance

Clients must be 18 years or older. I operate as an independent contractor, not an employee, manager, or business partner.

04 — Payments

Payment must be made in full before services begin. All services are paid in crypto, unless otherwise stated.

Engagement support is billed weekly. Late or missed payments result in immediate pause of services and potential loss of your slot.

Website design is billed per project. Additional pages, extensive changes, or revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

05 — Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling

For engagement support, a one-time refund may be requested within the first 48 hours of your start date.

Website design payments are non-refundable once work has started. However, unused funds may be credited toward add-ons or future updates at my discretion.

Rescheduling project start dates requires a minimum of 5 days’ notice. Late notices may result in forfeited payment.

06 — Results & Limitations

While I provide professional and consistent service, I cannot guarantee:

·  specific follower growth
·  increased bookings
·  revenue outcomes
·  platform engagement metrics
·  algorithm performance

I am not responsible for:

·  platform restrictions, bans, or outages
·  delays caused by incorrect credentials
·  client-side errors or miscommunication
·  third-party actions or behavior

Results vary depending on niche, content quality, consistency, and external factors.

07 — Privacy, Confidentiality & Safety

Privacy is taken seriously.
Your information is used solely for the services you book and is not sold, shared, or reused.

I do not:

·  store information longer than needed
·  share your account details
·  discuss your data with other clients
·  reuse your content or screenshots as examples

Upon request or termination, all logins and sensitive data will be deleted. You retain full ownership and control of your accounts at all times.

08 — Website Projects

Website projects require:

·  a completed Google Form
·  your uploaded assets
·  clear preferences or notes

Work begins only after all materials are received.

Each project includes:

·  1 major revision
·  1 minor revision

Additional revisions may require an extra fee.

09 — Communication

All communication is done through chat.
You may reach me via email, Telegram, or X/Twitter DMs based on your preference.

I respond during working hours and aim to keep communication clear and consistent.

01 — Service & Booking Policies


Services begin only after full payment has been received and all required information has been submitted (logins, forms, assets, instructions, etc.).

My working days are Monday–Saturday, excluding major holidays. Requests outside these hours may be accommodated with advance notice and may require an additional fee.

All bookings operate on a first-paid, first-scheduled basis. Payment alone secures your slot.

Weekly engagement packages run consecutively and cannot be paused, carried over, or rescheduled once started unless previously arranged.

Website projects have an estimated 12-day turnaround once all materials are received. Delayed submission of forms or assets may extend the timeline.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy outlines how your information is collected, used, stored, and protected when you work with me. By booking any service, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described below.

01 — Information Collected

I collect only the information necessary to perform the services you request, including:

· your name or alias
· preferred communication method (email, Telegram, X/Twitter)
· login credentials only for engagement support
· website content and assets (photos, copy, branding details, gallery images)
· information submitted through the Google Form
· messages and instructions exchanged during the project

I do not request personal identification documents or sensitive data beyond what is required for service delivery.

02 — How Your Information Is Used

Your information is used strictly for the following purposes:

· providing engagement support
· managing and maintaining your X/Twitter activity
· designing and developing your website
· writing and preparing your website content
· communicating updates, drafts, and project status
· processing and organizing your project materials

Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

03 — Account Access & Security

If you purchase engagement support, you may choose to provide login access to your X/Twitter account.

· I handle logins with the following standards:
· credentials are stored securely and not saved on personal devices
· passwords are not altered, removed, or reset
· security settings (including 2FA) are not disabled
· no actions are taken on your behalf without instruction or consent

You retain full control of your account and may change your password at any time.

04 — Website Project Materials

For website design, you may upload assets through a Google Drive folder.

These materials are used solely for completing your project and are not reused elsewhere.

Upon project completion, assets can be deleted immediately upon request or removed after a reasonable retention period.

05 — Communication, Confidentiality & Portfolio Use

All communication between us remains confidential.
Messages, private details, login information, analytics, and any sensitive data will never be shared.

I showcase completed website projects in my portfolio.

This may include:
·  the final design
·  screenshots of the live site
·  the direct link to the published website

Only the website itself will be displayed. No private information, personal messages, or behind-the-scenes details will ever be included.

06 — Data Storage & Deletion

Your information is stored only for as long as needed to complete your service.

Once the service ends:

·  login details are deleted
·  project-related files are removed
·  temporary workspace data is cleared
·  no information is stored long-term without consent

You may request immediate deletion of all data at any time.

07 — No Tracking or Third-Party Sharing

This website and my services do not use:

·  cookies
·  tracking pixels
·  behavioral analytics
·  third-party data collection tools

Your information is not shared with advertisers, agencies, or external platforms.

08 — Compliance & Legal Safety

All services offered are digital, creative, and administrative.
I do not participate in or support activities that violate the laws of any jurisdiction.

Information will not be disclosed to any third party unless legally required.

09 — Your Rights

You have the right to:

·  request access to the information held about you
·  request correction or updates to your information
·  request deletion of your information

I will fulfill all requests in a timely and respectful manner.
